Our purpose is to give you the information, resources, and supports you need to live your life focused on your abilities. We do this through these programs: Community Living, Family Support, Kansas Case Management, & SeniorLink.

Open Options, Inc. is a Missouri not-for-profit corporation (tax exempt under section 501(c)3 of the IRS code). We are chartered to serve 5 counties in the Kansas City metro area (Jackson, Clay, Platte in Missouri and Johnson, Wyandotte in Kansas). With all programs combined our fiscal year 2013-2014 operating budget was $4.8 million and we employ 125 people. We serve nearly 2,500 people per year. Our services are accredited by CARF International and have been in consecutive surveys since 1985.
